Diode Laser Stack Working Principle

The process of diode laser’s working is the change from electric energy to light and heat energy. When the chip is inside the

the macro channel is working, the cooling water flows inside the laser stack and brings the extra heat, and makes sure the chip

going well.

There is a micro water channel in a thin copper heat sink whose thickness is only 1.5mm. Diode laser chips can be cooled by

water immediately. Microchannel water-cooled technology highly increases the optical output power and power density of the

laser diode stack.
