Water Cooled Laser Diode Arrays

Water Cooled Laser Diode Arrays (Horizontal Stack) are specifically engineered for Nd:YAG side-pumping, featuring straightforward electrical and water inlet/outlet connections. These horizontal stacks serve as pivotal components for continuous wave (CW) or quasi-continuous wave (QCW) Diode-Pumped Solid-State (DPSS) laser modules. Additionally, they are commonly employed as replacements during laser head refurbishments.

Our proprietary heat sink and assembly technology, paired with our focus on advanced optical pumping and direct-diode-laser technology, results in diode lasers with unmatched performance. 

Many types of water-cooled packages are offered including linear arrays and diode stacks.  In addition to the types of packages listed here, we can customize a package to meet your specific needs.

HS Series Horizontal Line Array

HS series horizontal line array is to lay the bars horizontally on the water-passing heat sink to meet the needs of the pump structure. They are divided into two working modes: CW and QCW. The selection of hard solder and soft solder, and the matching of various wavelength combinations can be realized according to the needs of use.
